January 2011
Don't think Twice it's alright
In January of 2011, Glenn and I had another mediation conference scheduled by the courts. I was rather tired of these dates because of the money involved and because I was convinced by now that Glenn had no intention of honestly negotiating a settlement.
I had lost house, home, timeshare, travel privileges (as Glenn had blocked me from using these) and a lot of wealth potential behind Glenn's shananigans. I was angry but resigned that this no-fault Arizona divorce would just have to run its course.
And Glenn seemed perfectly content letting our divorce run a long course; while he worked to have our home foreclosure and other debt removed from his credit report.
I'd also found out by this time that Dena was married but was in the midst of filing for divorce. So I guess neither of them was in a hurry until her divorce was final as well.
It was quite laughable to me how far my husband had let his moral code slip. And ironic and sad that she was married as well.
At New Years I joked and told him that the saying "Should auld acquaintance be forgot" seemed more appropriate than ever since my husband no longer wanted me and she no longer wanted her husband.
Glenn did not have a comment about the humor in the situation though; He did not seem to need to think twice, it was alright.
