The above documents cover the spring of 2009, while Glenn was "secretly" and then openly moving to Dena's apt; but did not apply for a legal separation until late July 2009; sometime after he attended his family reunion. In August of 2009, Barbara responded with a petition for divorce because Glenn stated several times to friends and family that he was not interested in working on the marriage. The above link also covers the period in October of 2009, when Glenn moved Dena from her 600 sq. ft. one bedroom apt to the 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom home with pool and yard that they now share. Meanwhile every financial affadavit and court document Glenn submitted to the court during this time forward to this date, still has him living by himself, at a P.O. Box in Tempe.
The divorce action was dismissed without prejudice, in May of 2010, as all attorneys stated that they believed a settlement of Barbara filing Chap 7 bankruptcy in exchange for Glenn providing spousal maintenance could still feasibly be worked out. However, in August of 2010, Glenn stopped paying Barbara temporary maintenance; stating that since he and Barbara were now legally married again, he was under no obligation to provide her any support whatsoever. Also in August 2010, Barbara received her notice of foreclosure of the home in Peoria, as Glenn had stopped paying the mortgage. On August 13, Barbara received an eviction notice to vacate the family home. So Barbara proceeded to file for divorce in September, if only as a means to have the court make Glenn provide spousal maintenance again and hopefully get financial support to allow her to move and pay rent.
